Abstract:
Disclosed are a photovoltaic assembly bus-bar insulating tape, a bus-bar containing same, and a photovoltaic assembly. The insulating tape includes an insulating substrate layer, a coating formed on one side of the insulating substrate layer, and an adhesive layer formed on the other side of the insulating substrate layer. The coating has a raw material formula comprising a fluorocarbon resin containing hydroxyl or amino, a filler, an adjuvant, and a curing agent A; and the adhesive layer has a raw material formula comprising an epoxy resin, a thermoplastic resin and/or synthetic rubber, a curing agent B, and a flame retardant. The coating has excellent adherence with the substrate, a cross-hatch force that remains at grade 0-1 even after being subjected to high temperatures and high humidity, and also has an outstanding ultraviolet barrier property. The adhesive layer not only has excellent adherence with the substrate layer, but also has excellent adhesiveness with a metal. The insulating tape has resistance to ageing in surroundings including those where same is exposed to ultraviolet rays, heat shock, hot and cold impact, and damp and heat. The insulating tape can be hot-pressed onto a metal plate or a metal bus-bar, and can also be used for the insulation of photovoltaic assembly bus-bars.
