Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a photovoltaic cell string manufacturing apparatus. The manufacturing apparatus comprises a feeding mechanism, a solder ribbon feeding mechanism, a jig charging and discharging mechanism, a soldering mechanism, a coating and curing mechanism, and a cell string conveying mechanism. A traction mechanism and a mechanical arm successively place multi-strand solder ribbons, which are cut into lengths required by the process, and cell pieces, so that the front and back surfaces of adjacent cells are successively pre-soldered into a cell string by means of the multi-strand solder ribbons; in the subsequent working process, adhesive dots are applied to the front and back surfaces of the cell string and then are cured, thus thoroughly eliminating the risk of poor lap joints; elimination of a composite membrane and PAD points on the front and back surfaces of the cell pieces reduces the usage of silver paste while reducing the surface obscuration of the photovoltaic cell pieces, thus significantly decreasing the cost.
