Abstract:
Disclosed are a busbar-free solar photovoltaic module and a manufacturing method therefor, relating to the technical field of solar photovoltaic equipment manufacturing. In the present invention, cells are connected by using metal connecting wires, and the front and back surfaces of each cell are designed by removing pads, so that optical blocking on the surface of the cell is reduced, and the cost is reduced; the metal connecting wires and the cells are soldered into a cell string by means of a jig and a manipulator, and adhesion points are provided on the metal connecting wires of the cell string and cured, so that the risk of unstable connection is thoroughly eliminated. In addition, the requirement for the alignment of the positions between the metal connecting wires and the fingers of the cells is reduced, and the manufacturing process of the cell string is simplified.
