Abstract:
A photovoltaic module automatic cleaning device, comprising an upper-end case assembly (1), a middle section assembly (11), a lower-end case assembly (9), a frame (10), a motor (13), a transmission assembly (5) and a cleaning assembly (6); compared to an existing cleaning device, a plurality of support wheels (2) are provided only on the upper-end case assembly (1), and are provided at the bottom of a case body thereof; an end surface of the support wheel (2) is parallel to a flat surface of a photovoltaic module (21) to be cleaned; a lower end surface of the lower-end case assembly (9) is higher than a lower end surface of the upper-end case assembly (1), and a drive wheel provided on the lower-end case assembly (9) can extend from the lower end surface of the lower-end case assembly, thus enabling the device to be suitable for automatic cleaning of various specifications of photovoltaic modules, and having a wider range of use; the energy required for cleaning is provided by the device without an external power source; the invention adopts driving by a wheeled structure, and a metal frame of the photovoltaic module is directly used as a running track without needing to provide a running track, thus achieving automatic cleaning of the photovoltaic module.
