Abstract:
In the present invention, a first physical computer has a plurality of first CPUs, a plurality of first memories, and a first virtualization mechanism that allocates those memories to a plurality of virtual computers. A second physical computer has a plurality of second CPUs, a plurality of second memories, and a second virtualization mechanism that manages the foregoing. In regards to a first virtual computer transferred from the first physical computer to the second physical computer, the second virtualization mechanism identifies, on the basis of NUMA composition information (information expressing the relationship of correspondence among the first virtual computer, the first CPUs, the first memories, and NUMA nodes), a node access value that is a value relating to access to physical memory allocated to the first virtual computer from the first CPUs allocated to the first virtual computer, for each NUMA node to which belongs a physical CPU allocated to the first virtual computer, and allocates second CPUs and second memories to the first virtual computer on the basis of the identified node access value.
