　This physical quantity detector is equipped with: a bridge circuit unit (20) provided with a bridge circuit that includes a first strain gauge (21), a second strain gauge (22), a third strain gauge (23), and a fourth strain gauge (24), the bridge circuit unit (20) outputting a first voltage observed at a first midpoint (25) of the first strain gauge (21) and the second strain gauge (22) as a first detection signal, and outputting a second voltage observed at a second midpoint (26) of the third strain gauge (23) and the fourth strain gauge (24) as a second detection signal; a temperature characteristic adjustment unit (30) for outputting a third voltage as a third detection signal; a first signal processing circuit unit (40) for outputting, as a first differential voltage signal, a first differential voltage obtained by amplifying the differential voltage of the first voltage and the second voltage by the first amplification factor; and a second signal processing circuit unit (50) for outputting, as a second differential voltage signal, a second differential voltage obtained by amplifying the differential voltage of the second voltage and the third voltage by a second amplification factor.
