Abstract:
The present invention relates to a picker mounted on a pick and place device which suctions an element etc. using vacuum pressure and transports same. Disclosed is a picker characterized by comprising: a rod part (200) having therein a suction passage (210) through which vacuum pressure is applied, and having coupled to one end an adsorption part (220) to which an element (10) is suctioned, wherein a plurality of permanent magnets (230) are installed on the rod part; a magnetic flux change formation part (100) which generates a magnetic flux change in the plurality of permanent magnets (230) and drives linear movement of the rod part (200); one or more movement blocks (250, 260) which are fixedly coupled to at least one of the front or rear of the rod part (200), the front being the direction in which the adsorption part (220) is coupled; and guide rails (350, 360) which are coupled to the movement blocks (250, 260) and guide the linear movement of the rod part (200) in the longitudinal direction.
