Abstract:
The present invention relates to a picker mounted on a pick-and-place device for adsorbing and transporting an element or the like using vacuum pressure. The present invention provides a picker comprising: a load unit (200) having a suction passage (210) formed therein, vacuum pressure being applied through the suction passage, having one end with which an adsorption unit (200) to which an element (10) is adsorbed is coupled, and having a plurality of permanent magnets (230) installed therein; and a magnetic flux change forming unit (100) for forming a magnetic flux change with respect to the plurality of permanent magnets (230) to drive linear movement of the load unit (200).
