Abstract:

Provided is a piezo fan that can blow air effectively onto a subject to be cooled. The piezo fan (100) comprises a blower member (110) having a free end (110a) and a fixed end (110b) and a plate-shaped piezoelectric element (120) attached to the blower member (110), said piezo fan being configured so that the piezoelectric element (120) causes the free end (110a) of the blower member (110) to vibrate. The blower member (110) comprises a first face (112) to which the piezoelectric element (120) is attached and a second face (114) and third face (116) that are perpendicular to the first face (112) and parallel to each other, giving the free end (110a) of the blower member (110) an H-like shape. By forming the air flow port of the blower member into an H-like shape, side leakage of air can be effectively prevented and the directionality of the air flow can be improved.
