Abstract:

This moving picture control program causes a computer which displays a web page using a web browser to perform: a determination function to determine whether at least part of a first region of the web page is being visibly displayed on the web browser; a muted playback function to play back a first moving picture in the first region, without audio, when the first region has been visibly displayed on the web browser; an advertisement insert function to play back a first advertising moving picture with audio, if the first region is selected while the first moving picture is being played back without audio; and an unmuted playback function to play back the first moving picture with audio upon completion of the playback of the first advertising moving picture.
