Abstract:
This piezoelectric device comprises a piezoelectric element, a mounting substrate, and a temperature sensitive element. The mounting substrate has a recess which is hermetically sealed. The piezoelectric element is mounted on a bottom surface of the recess. The temperature sensitive element has a portion that is positioned closer to the upper end of the recess than the piezoelectric element.
