Abstract:
The present invention prevents an excessive current from flowing, and more reliably releases heat generated by the flow of current, thereby more reliably preventing other elements from malfunctioning. A vibrating plate (21) is formed by stacking a piezoelectric element, a plate, and a piezoelectric element, each of which is a substantially rectangular thin film. The stacked piezoelectric element, plate, and piezoelectric element are electrically connected to each other at the adjoining surfaces. A resistor (32) is provided on the outer-side surface of the vibrating plate (21). The resistor (32) has a predetermined electrical resistance value for restricting current. A predetermined voltage is applied to one of the terminals of the resistor (32), and the other terminal of the resistor (32) is electrically connected to the plate.
