Abstract:
Provided is a robot toy allowing simple control over the direction of propulsion of the toy. Provided are a robot toy body (100) and a controller (200). The robot toy body (100) is provided with: an arm-action mechanism (A) causing left and right arms (21a, 21b) to throw punches; a propulsion mechanism (B) for causing left and right legs (41a, 41b) to move forward by kicking the floor; and a drive device (C) for causing the arm-action mechanism (A) and the propulsion mechanism (B) to simultaneously operate on the same left or right side. Therefore, propulsion control using the controller (200) can be performed in a comparatively simple manner.
