Abstract:
A piezoelectric fan (10) is provided with a vibration plate (11) comprising blade plates (111, 112, 113) and a base (110) which are integrated together. Piezoelectric elements (121, 131) are mounted to the base (110) side of the blade plate (111). Piezoelectric elements (122, 132) are mounted to the base (110) side of the blade plate (112). Piezoelectric elements (123, 133) are mounted to the base (110) side of the blade plate (113). Support bodies (141, 142) are mounted so as to grip the base (110) of the vibration plate (11). A part of each of the piezoelectric elements (121, 122, 123) is gripped between the vibration plate (11) and the support plate (141), and a part of each of the piezoelectric elements (131, 132, 133) is gripped between the vibration plate (11) and the support plate (142).
