Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a piezoelectric film which is sufficiently durable against repeated sliding; and a laminated piezoelectric element formed by laminating the piezoelectric film. The problem can be solved by: a flexible piezoelectric film comprising a piezoelectric layer, electrode layers provided on the respective surfaces of the piezoelectric layer, and protective layers covering the electrode layers; and a laminated piezoelectric element in which are laminated a plurality of layers of the flexible piezoelectric film, comprising a piezoelectric layer, electrode layers provided on the respective surfaces of the piezoelectric layer and protective layers covering the electrode layers, wherein at least one surface comprises a lubrication layer having a coefficient of friction of not more than 0.15.
