Abstract:
The present invention relates to a piezoelectric linear step motor which comprises a cylindrical body (1) and a mobile part (4) as well as fixation units mounted between them. The fixation units consist of two piezoelectric units, i.e. a shifting and fixation one (2) and a fixation one (3). The piezoelectric units (2, 3) comprise piezo-elements (7 and 8, 9), isolators (5) and friction members (6), whereby the mobile part (4) engages said friction members (6).
