Abstract:
A piezoelectric element (1) is connected in parallel to a diode (2), and outputs a power generation voltage (Vpe) when pressed. When the power generation voltage exceeds a first threshold voltage (Vth), a load switch control circuit (3) turns on a load switch (4), and when the power generation voltage is reduced below a second threshold voltage (Vtl), the load switch control circuit turns off the load switch. Furthermore, when pressing is stopped, the diode discharges remaining charges of the piezoelectric element to be zero.
