Abstract:
A rectifier circuit (3) rectifies voltage (Vpe) generated by a piezoelectric element (1) to generate a DC voltage (Vrc) and supplies the generated DC voltage (Vrc) to a load (7). A load switch control circuit (5) is equipped with power supply nodes (Nc1, Nc2) connected to the high and low potential sides of the output terminal pairs of the rectifier circuit (3) and outputs a load switch control signal (S6) to switch between the conductive and nonconductive states of a load switch (6). The load switch (6) is disposed between the power supply nodes (Nc1, Nc2) of the load switch control circuit (5) and output nodes (N1, N2). When processing is completed that has started in response to the DC voltage (Vrc) output by the rectifier circuit (3) after the load switch (6) has been brought into the conductive state, the load (7) sets a discharge switch (2) to a conductive state by using an output port signal (Sp), said discharge switch (2) being connected to the piezoelectric element (1) in parallel. The residual charge of the piezoelectric element (1) is reset to zero by the discharge switch (2).
