Abstract:
A piezoelectric vibrator (1) comprises: a base member (30) having a mounting surface (32a); a piezoelectric vibration element (10) mounted on the mounting surface (32a) of the base member (30); a lid member (20) joined to the mounting surface (32a) of the base member (30) so as to hermetically encapsulate the piezoelectric vibration element (10) in an internal space (23); and a thermally conductive path (38) connected to both a temperature sensor (54b) that senses the temperature of the piezoelectric vibration element (10) and to a heating element (54c) that radiates heat toward the piezoelectric vibration element (10). The thermally conductive path (38) includes a thermally conductive section (38a) disposed in the internal space (23).
