Abstract:
The present invention provides a pigment printing agent comprising a polymer (A) produced by polymerizing a polymerizable monomer component comprising a polymerizable monomer having a carboxyl group (a1) and a polymerizable monomer having a hydrolysable silyl group (a2) and titanium oxide (B), said pigment printing agent having such a property that a film made from only the polymer (A) has an elongation percentage of 1,200 to 5,000% and a 1,000% modulus of 0.1 MPa or more. The pigment printing agent does not undergo the generation of a harmful compound formaldehyde, can impart excellent texture to a fabric cloth having the pigment printing agent printed thereon, can impart high wash resistance and frictional resistance to a part that is printed with the pigment printing agent, and can also impart high washability to a part on which multiple pigments are printed.
