Abstract:
A pile frame, comprising: a rotary platform (4), a front support (3) hinged to the rotary platform (4), a stand column assembly (2) hinged to the front support (3), an inclined support (9), and a mast erecting assembly (7). The mast erecting assembly (7) comprises a main body portion, a mast erecting winch (72), and a power portion that can be telescopically provided; one end of the main body portion is hinged to the rotary platform (4), the other end of the main body portion is hinged to the inclined support (9), and the other end of the inclined support (9) is hinged to the stand column assembly (2); the power portion is telescopically provided, one end of the power portion is hinged to the rotary platform (4), and the other end of the power portion is hinged to the main body portion so as to adjust a rotation angle of the main body portion with respect to the rotary platform (4). By means of the arrangement, the pile frame does not need crane assistance in a using process, the stand column assembly (2) can be pulled to a vertical state, a mast erecting process is convenient and easy to operate, the consistency action of a plurality of oil cylinders is not needed, and an operation difficulty is reduced.
