Abstract:
Provided is a pilot-type electrical drive valve with which it is possible to effectively suppress noise generated when the valve is open. The pilot-type electric drive valve (1) has: a valve body (10) provided with a valve chamber (CA) that communicates with an inflow opening (12d) and an outflow opening (13a); a pilot valve body (35) that can move relative to the valve body (10); a main valve body (15) that can move relative to the valve body (10) and is seated on or separated from a valve seat (14) inside the valve chamber (CA); and an auxiliary valve body (16) in which the pilot valve body (35) is positioned so as to contact or separate from the auxiliary valve body (16), the auxiliary valve body (16) being able to move relative to the main valve body (15). A back-pressure chamber (CD) that contains a fluid is formed between the pilot valve body (35) and the auxiliary valve body (16), and a pressure-equalization chamber (CB) that contains the fluid is formed between the main valve body (15) and the auxiliary valve body (16).
