Abstract:
A first opening 11 is formed in a first operation part 1. A second opening 21 is formed in a second operation part 2 which is movable relative to the first operation part 1. The first opening 11 and the second opening 21 enable insertion of a pin therethrough while being in a first state where both face each other, and move relative to each other in a second state after the insertion of the pin in the first state to thereby cut the pin. An expansion part 111 that expands the first opening 11 in a direction D in which the second opening 21 moves relatively from the first state to the second state is formed in the peripheral edge, on the second opening 21 side, of the first opening 11.
