Abstract:
A pin-type single-cycloid speed reducer, comprising a casing (1), a crankshaft (2), an output end (3), an end cover (4), a cycloidal gear (5), several pins (6), several needle rollers (8), a first bearing (10), a second bearing (11), a ball bearing (13) and a third bearing (14). One end of the crankshaft (2) is sealingly connected to the output end (3) using the second bearing (11), and the other end is sealingly connected to the end cover (4) using the third bearing (14). The output end (3) is sealingly assembled to one side within the casing (1), and the end cover (4) is sealingly fixed to another side of the casing (1). An inner side surface of the first bearing (10) is mounted on the crankshaft (2), and an outer side surface is connected to the cycloidal gear (5). The cycloidal gear (5) is engaged with the several needle rollers (8) mounted in the casing (1), and the ball bearing (13) connects the inner side of the casing (1) to an outer circumferential surface of the output end (3). An end of every pin (6), after penetrating a through hole, abuts against the end cover (4), and one end is inserted into the output end (3). The beneficial effects of the described reducer are: one cycloidal gear being employed to achieve one-stage transmission, several pins being used for drive, a large torque, a simple structure, a small number of parts, being completely sealed, a low manufacturing cost, and convenient installation and use.
