Abstract:
A pineapple eye remover tool, comprising tapered blades (1) and shanks (2). The tapered blades (1) are connected to the shanks (2) by means of a knife shaft (4). The shanks (2) are provided with limiting blocks (3). The fronts of the shanks (2) are connected to a spring (5), and the rears are connected to limiting rods (7). The two shanks (2) are provided with a locking ring (6). The pineapple eye remover tool has a simple structure, decreases the loss of pineapple juice during a peeling process, reduces the pollution of different devices in a machine to food, ensures food safety and hygiene, and reduces residues of pulp on the peel.
