Provided are a pipe clamp and a pipe clamp assembly. The pipe clamp (100) comprises a first coupling section (11) and a second coupling section (12), wherein the first coupling section (11) and the second coupling section (12) are used for fixing pipe fittings together in an end-to-end manner; and one end of the first coupling section (11) is fastened to one end of the second coupling section (12), and the other end of the first coupling section (11) is in screwed connection with the other end of the second coupling section (12). The pipe clamp assembly (200) comprises a sealing member (21) matching the pipe clamp. One end of the pipe clamp uses a fastened connection manner, and the other end of the pipe clamp uses a screwed connection manner, such that the problem of a hinge pin of a single-bolt quickly-assembled pipe clamp in the prior art easily falling off can be solved; compared with a double-bolt pipe clamp, the pipe clamp can effectively improve the assembly efficiency; and by means of the design of the sealing member, materials can be effectively saved on, and the production cost can also be reduced.
