Disclosed are a pipe clamp capable of realizing quick connection, and a pipe clamp assembly. The pipe clamp (100) comprises a first coupling section (11) and a second coupling section (12), wherein the first coupling section and the second coupling section are used for fixing pipe fittings together in an end-to-end manner; one end of the first coupling section is connected to one end of the second coupling section by means of a first connecting mechanism, and the other end of the first coupling section is connected to the other end of the second coupling section by means of a second connecting mechanism; and positioning protrusions are respectively arranged on inner walls of the first coupling section and the second coupling section. The pipe clamp assembly (200) further comprises a sealing member (21), wherein positioning grooves matching the positioning protrusions are provided in the sealing member. The positioning protrusions for positioning the pipe fittings are arranged on the inner walls of the first coupling section and the second coupling section, such that positioning is firm and reliable, materials can be effectively saved on, and the production cost can be reduced.
