Abstract:
A pipe damage detection method and device having: a step for closing an outlet portion of a heat transfer tube (51, 52) using an outlet-side shutoff valve (63), a step for supplying hot water to the inside of the heat transfer tube (51, 52) using a demineralized water pump (62), a step for closing the inlet portion of the heat transfer tube (51, 52) using an inlet-side main shutoff valve (56) and an inlet-side auxiliary shutoff valve (57) in a state in which the heat transfer tube (51, 52) is filled with hot water, and a step for determining whether there is damage in the heat transfer tube (51, 52) according to the pressure variation of the hot water in the heat transfer tube (51, 52) having the inlet and outlet portions thereof closed.
