Abstract:
A pipe detecting robot, comprising a base (2) and an intelligent controller (17). One side away from a robot body of the upper part of the base (2) is provided with a signal receiver (3); the right side of the signal receiver (3) is provided with an accumulator (4), and the accumulator (4) is electrically connected to the signal receiver (3) by means of a wire; the top end of the upper part of a roller (1) is welded and fixed to the outer edge of the lower surface of the base (2); a first driving motor (11) is mounted above the middle of the base (2); the left side of the top of the first driving motor (11) is provided with a second driving motor (5); a screw rod (10) is mounted just above the first driving motor (11); a limiting block (7) is welded and fixed to the top of the screw rod (10); a cross beam (6) is mounted outside the screw rod (10); the right side of the outer surface of the cross beam (6) is provided with an illuminating lamp group (9); and the top of the right side of the cross beam (6) is provided with a camera (8). The present pipeline detecting robot works cooperatively by means of the first driving motor, the second driving motor and a camera, has better operability, and meets the needs of pipeline detection work in different situations.
