Abstract:
A pipe joint (1), comprising an automatic drain valve, wherein the automatic drain valve comprises a valve body (3), a valve spool (6) and a flap (5); the valve body (3) comprises a water inlet (9) and a drain port (2); the valve spool (6) is connected to the flap (5), and the flap (5) can drive the valve spool (6) to switch between an open position and a closed position, so as to make connection or disconnection between the water inlet (9) and the drain port (2); the position of the flap (5) in the pipe joint (1) is configured: the flap (5) is turned upward under the force of water flow in a pipe, so that the valve spool (6) is in the closed position; and when the force of the water flow in the pipe disappears, the flap (5) is turned downward automatically under its own gravity or the action of a return spring, so the valve spool (6) is in the open position.
