Abstract:
A pixel circuit comprises a driving subcircuit, a writing subcircuit, a light-emitting device and a fingerprint information outputting subcircuit. The writing subcircuit is connected to the driving subcircuit, a first signal terminal and a data signal terminal and configured to write a data signal into the driving subcircuit under the control of a signal from the first signal terminal. The driving subcircuit is connected to an anode of the light-emitting device and a first voltage terminal and configured to drive the light-emitting device to emit light with a voltage from the first voltage terminal and provide a coupling capacitance to acquire fingerprint information. The fingerprint information outputting subcircuit is connected to the anode of the light-emitting device, a third signal terminal and a reading signal line and configured to read out a signal acquired from the anode of the light-emitting device to be the fingerprint information under the control of a signal from the third signal terminal.
