Provided are a planar energy cell structure of micrometer size, a microenergy device in which a plurality of the planar energy cell structures are connected to each other, and a manufacturing method therefor. The planar energy cell structure comprises: a substrate; a first current collector and a second current collector that are arranged on the substrate with a separating groove therebetween; a first electrode and a second electrode that are arranged on the first current collector and the second current collector with the separating groove therebetween; and an electrolyte enclosing means that is arranged on the first current collector and the second current collector, and surrounds the first electrode and the second electrode so as to enclose an electrolyte. The first current collector is connected to the first electrode; the second current collector is connected to the second electrode; the first electrode and the second electrode contain an electrolyte; and the separating groove stores an electrolyte.
