Abstract:

　Provided are a purification method for a target substance, a purification kit for a target substance, and a silica-binding tag using the method and the kit. In the present invention a complex of a silica-binding tag and a substance are specifically binded to silica, in a solution for binding that has not had salt added thereto, and arginine is used to release the bond between the silica-binding tag and the silica.
