A planting arrangement method in a limited and confined space, in particular a planting arrangement method which can obviously create an ample space without changing the amount of plantings in a limited and confined space. The planting arrangement method adopts the structural arrangement from an operator (1) to plants (3) and then to a planting device (5), with a lighting device (2) disposed on the outer wall of a planting hole tube (6) of the planting device (5). The operator (1) is used as a benchmark for a distance (9) to the plants (3) and a distance (10) to the planting device (5), so as to effectively create a distance space (7) from the lighting device (2) to the plants (3) and a movable distance space (11) formed by an upward movement of 15 to 60 degrees of the stems and leaves of the plants (3) with a planting point (4) as the center. Meanwhile, the distance from the light source to the plants (3) is reduced so as to improve the illumination brightness of the plants (3) for energy saving; and the stems and leaves of the plants (3) grow straight and upright towards the light source, while the flowers and fruits grow outwards and downwards, thereby facilitating the pollination and harvesting by the operator (1).
