Abstract:
The present invention relates to a plastic block chain, and to a chain (100) having: flat type plates (10), which are formed of a plastic synthetic resin material and have hemispherical round assembly portions (12) at both sides thereof according to injection molding, facing each other so as to maintain a gap therebetween as a cylindrical shaft part (14); a pin hole (16a) formed at a long side of one of the plates (10); and a coupling piece (16) provided, at a pin hole (16a), with a fixing pin (P) for coupling and supporting a specific object and integrally formed so as to be engaged with a chain gear (G) to transmit power, wherein the shaft part (14) of the chain (100) is integrally formed at the centers of the opposing plates (10) so as to have an engagement structure to/with which a tooth space of the chain gear (g) is guided/engaged, and the round assembly portions (12) are dividedly formed into a female assembly portion (12-1) and a male assembly portion (12-2) on the basis of the shaft part (14), wherein the female assembly portion (12-1) has a first hemispherical rotation supporting projection (12a) formed on the inner side of the plate (10), an assembly hole (12b) is formed at the center of the first rotation supporting projection (12a), the male assembly portion (12-2) has a second hemispherical rotation supporting projection (12c) formed on the outside of the plate (10) so as to be opposite to the first rotation supporting projection (12a) of the female assembly portion (12-1), and an assembly protrusion part (12d) is protrudingly formed at the center of the second rotation supporting projection (12c).
