Abstract:
Provided is a plastic lens having a λ/4 layer that demonstrates excellent adhesion between a plastic base and a hard coat layer. Also provided is a production method for the plastic lens. The plastic lens is provided with: a plastic base (A); a λ/4 layer (B) with a film thickness between 50 nm and 100 nm disposed upon the plastic base and formed by hardening a composition containing bi- or higher functional acrylate compounds, dendritic aliphatic compounds having terminal acrylate groups, and metal oxide particles; and a hard coat layer (C) disposed upon the λ/4 layer either directly or with another layer interposed therebetween.
