Abstract:
Provided are a plastic lens in which durable quality can be enhanced, and a lens unit. A plastic lens P comprises a lens body P1 made of resin, a hard coat layer P2 that covers at least one surface Pa of the lens body P1, and an antireflective layer P3 that covers the hard coat layer P2 from the reverse side thereof from the lens body P1. The lens body P1 has a cyclic imide structure as a ring structure. The film thickness HC of the hard coat layer P2 and the total film thickness AR of the antireflective layer P3 satisfy the following conditional expressions: 2 µm ≤ HC ≤ 20 µm, and 200 nm ≤ AR ≤ 500 nm.
