CLAIMS
1. l. It is an oval shaped plastic tank which has two water pumps on each side connected to it, and there is a machine beside the tank which has a roll of a strong plastic bags with a moving slippery slip fitted on the side of this machine. The tank withdraws the stagnant water from the fills itself first and then pumps the withdrawn water from the other side into the strong plastic bags. The plastic bag length can be controlled, then welded from the top and then used to make protective blocks to prevent the water seeking into the houses and shops instead of using sand bags.
2. (This oval shaped plastic tank can be fitted on a big truck, placed on the side of the roads or in front the house).
3. An oval shaped plastic tank as claimed in claim 1 wherein the tank is provided with two water pumps on each side of the tank.
4. An oval! shaped plastic tank as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, wherein one of the two water pumps fitted on one side of the tank is used to withdraw the stagnant water off the roads or from inside the houses and shops, and fill up the tank.
5. An oval shaped plastic tank as claimed in claim I or claim 2, wherein the other water pump fitted on the other side of the plastic tank withdraws the water from the plastic tank itself and pumps the water into strong plastic bags.
6. An oval shaped plastic tank as claimed in claim 4, wherein the plastic bags roll is fitted in a small machine placed beside the plastic tank.
7. An oval shaped plastic tank as claimed in claim5, wherein themachine placed beside the plastic tank can control the size of the plastic bag as required and then welded or firmly sealed it from top and bottom after filling it with water.
8. An oval shaped plastic tank as claimed in claim 6, wherein a moving slippery strip fitted on the side of this machine will easily move the filled plastic bags to the side.
9. An oval shaped plastic tank as claimed in claim 7, wherein the plastic bags filled with water can be then used as a protective blocks to be placed in front of the houses and shops to prevent the water seek inside them (instead of using sand bags).
10. An oval shaped plastic tank as described herein with reference to figures 13 of the accompanying drawing.
Description:
A PLASTIC WATER TANK FOR DRAWING STAGNANT WATER This invention relates to a plastic water tank for drawing stagnant water.

The floods event has caused houses a great damage to cities and houses, and as always floods are hard to control and the typical method to resist the floods is by using sand bags to prevent water going into the houses and over the roads.

So people had to transport sand bags from place to other place using helicopters or trucks and it is done by the military services, but this method wastes time, effort and money.

That is how I came up with my ideas, which is to use the stagnant water which is everywhere in the streets and roads to make a protective blocks to be placed on the river sides and in front of the houses and shops.

It is an oval shaped plastic tank which has two water pumps on each side connected to it, and there is a machine beside the tank which has a roll of a strong plastic bags with a moving slippery slip fitted on the side of this machine.

The tank withdraws the stagnant water from the street fills itself first and then pumps the withdrawn water from the other side into the strong plastic bags. The plastic bag size can be controlled, then welded from the top and then used to make protective blocks to prevent the water seeking into the houses and shops instead of using sand bags. (This oval shaped plastic tank can be fitted on a big truck, placed on the side of the roads or in front the houses).

A specific embodiment of the invention will now be described by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawing in which:- Figure 1 shows the plastic tank with two pumps fitted to both sides of the tank, and the small machine with the plastic bags roll beside the tank.

Figure 2 shows the machine with the plastic bags roll fitted.

Figure 3 shows the flat bottom of the tank.

Referring to the drawing in figure 1 the oval shaped plastic tank (D) with a height of 160 cm, 500 cm long and a diameter of 160 cm will be placed on the side of the street or in front of a house or a shop.

The stagnant water will be withdrawn by the pump (A. B) and passed through the tube (C) into the plastic tank (D) which is an oval shaped tank with a Hat bottom, and it is made of a reinforced flexible plastic, after the tank is filled up with water, the other pump (G. H) on the other side of the tank starts to withdraw the water from the plastic tank from the hole (E) and through the tube (F) and pumps it through the hole (1) into the strong plastic bags (K) in which the length of the plastic bag can be controlled, and then by using the pedal (N) the plastic bag will be welded or firmly sealed from the bottom and separated from the plastic bags roll (M) by cutting it from the bottom, then the plastic bag will be filled with the water from (I) and then welded or firmly scaled from the top using (J) then dragged to the outside using a moving slippery strip (L) see figure 2.

The plastic tank and the machine can be operated by only one person, and can be easily moved around by jacking it from the top (X. X), or by fitting the whole thing on a big truck to easily take it anywhere.

With this idea we can the losses up to 70%, because if these plastic tanks are placed carefully all around the village that are damaged for example, and make hundreds of small plastic bags filled with water, it will have two advantages, the first one is withdraw the stagnant water from the roads, houses and shops, second advantage is using the withdrawn water to make a protective blocks to place them in front of the houses and shops instead of using sand bags. So we have used the water that is damaging our buildings in a clever way to protect our buildings.

This operation is very fast which will save all the furniture and the houses from getting damage, and also will save a lots of money, effort and time instead of using sand bags or mud bags, and we will also save mud which is very important to the soil.
