Abstract:
A plastic wheel fork with an insert comprises a wheel fork insert (1) and a plastic wheel fork body (2). The plastic wheel fork is characterized in that the wheel fork insert (1) is composed of a metal wheel fork (11) and a screw barrel (12) of a pair-lock bolt. The metal wheel fork (11) is in a ∩ shape formed by punching a flat metal strip, opposite punch holes are punched in the lateral faces of the two lower ends of the metal wheel fork (11), the top of the metal wheel fork (11) is welded to the screw barrel (12) of the pair-lock bolt, and the metal wheel fork (11) of the wheel fork insert (1) is arranged in the plastic wheel fork body (2) in an injection molding mode. The rod portion of the screw barrel (12) of the pair-lock bolt is exposed out of the plastic wheel fork body (2), two fork pieces are integrally connected to the lower portions of the two sides of the plastic wheel fork body (2), the two fork pieces of the plastic wheel fork body (2) are slightly wide at the top and narrow at the bottom, and the bottom ends of the two fork pieces of the plastic wheel fork body (2) are in a downward semicircular shape. The outer sides of the lower ends of the two fork pieces of the plastic wheel fork (2) are both provided with a transverse counter bore, and the two counter bores of the plastic wheel fork (2) are both connected with a transverse punched hole towards the inner sides. The inner ends of the two transverse punched holes of the plastic wheel fork (2) are both provided with a protruding ring.
