Abstract:
The present invention is an apparatus and method for forming a pleated pocket device (10, 202) having a back panel (100, 204) having at least one pleat (108a, 108b, 212a, 212b), a first section (102, 208), and a second section (104, 210) wherein the second section is capable of expanding more than the first section, and a front panel (116, 206) connected to the back panel to form a cavity (132) adjacent to the second section.
