Abstract:
The present application belongs to the field of wireless communications. Disclosed are a PMI parameter feedback method for joint transmission, and a terminal and a network-side device. The PMI parameter feedback method for joint transmission in the embodiments of the present application comprises: a terminal performing channel measurement on the basis of M target resources configured by a network-side device, wherein the target resources comprise measurement resources or a measurement resource group, and M is an integer greater than 1; the terminal acquiring a first PMI parameter of an i-th target resource on the basis of a channel measurement result of the i-th target resource among the M target resources, wherein i = 1, 2, …, N, N is an integer less than or equal to M, and the first PMI parameter comprises at least one of the following: the number Mv, i of base vectors, a change range of the base vectors, the number of quantization bits of a coefficient amplitude, a quantization table of the coefficient amplitude, the number of quantization bits of a coefficient phase, and a quantization table of the coefficient phase; and the terminal sending the first PMI parameter of the i-th target resource.
