Abstract:
The present application provides a rendering method and apparatus the field of vision, which are used for representing, by means of a density field, various types of objects in an area to be subjected to rendering, so as to achieve the effect of real-time fluid simulation in various scenarios. The method comprises: firstly, constructing a first phase field according to information of an area to be subjected to rendering, wherein the first phase field is used for representing the density distribution in said area; then, acquiring an acting force for said area, i.e. an external force for a fluid, wherein the fluid flows under the action of the external force; on the basis of the first phase field, obtaining the velocity distribution, i.e. a velocity field, of each point in said area; performing an advection operation on the first phase field according to the velocity field, wherein a density distribution after the advection operation is performed on the fluid of said area is a second phase field; and performing rendering on said area according to the second phase field, so as to obtain a rendered frame.
