Abstract:
A pneumatic bearing motor (10) comprising: a shaft (1); a cylindrical bearing sleeve (2) that constitutes a bearing in the radial direction based on the pneumatic pressure of the shaft (1) and has a groove (21) formed on a side surface thereof; a winding core (5) provided adjacent to the side surface of the bearing sleeve (2) and constituting a stator; and an adhesive (6) that is coated on the groove (21) and adhesively bonds the bearing sleeve (2) and the winding core (5) together, wherein a first gap is formed by a portion of the groove (21) not coated with the adhesive (6) between the bearing sleeve (2) and the winding core (5), and a second gap for obtaining coaxial accuracy of the winding core (5) is formed between the side surface of the bearing sleeve (2) outside the groove (21) and the winding core (5).
