Abstract:
In this pneumatic radial tire for a passenger vehicle, the cross-sectional width SW of the tire and the outer diameter OD of the tire satisfy a predetermined relationship, the tread surface has only one circumferential main groove extending in the tire circumferential direction, and the circumferential main groove is provided in a half portion on one side in the tread width direction bordering on the tire equatorial plane, which is the inner side when the tire is mounted on the vehicle. The drop height (or the ground contact relationship or the tread gauge relationship) is set to a predetermined value.
