Abstract:
In this pneumatic radial tire for a passenger vehicle, the cross-sectional width SW of the tire and the outer diameter OD of the tire satisfy a predetermined relationship, grooves in the ground-contacting surface are constituted only of grooves having a width of 2 mm or less, and the ground-contacting surface has one or more block-shaped land portions partitioned by two or more circumferential grooves and two or more width-directional grooves. The drop height (or the ground contact relationship or the tread gauge relationship) is set to a predetermined value.
