Abstract:
The present invention provides a pneumatic tire for a two-wheeled vehicle having improved grip when cornering, without producing deficiencies such as premature wear and uneven wear. The pneumatic tire for a two-wheeled vehicle is provided with a tread part formed in a circular shape. The pneumatic tire has at least a single-layered spiral belt layer with a width narrower than the width of the tread part on the inside of a crown part in the tire's radial direction, and a rubber lining disposed on a shoulder part of the tread part with a smaller modulus than that of a surface rubber when stretched 300% at room temperature. The rubber lining extends to a buttress part, and the ratio of the modulus of the rubber lining and the surface rubber ranges from 0.3 to 0.9.
