Abstract:
A pneumatic tire effectively achieving both on-ice/snow performance and wet performance. In a tread section (16) of a pneumatic tire, there are provided center main grooves (20L, 20R) that are continuous in the circumferential direction of the tire and shoulder main grooves (22L, 22R) that are respectively formed in the outer sides, in the width direction of the tire, of the center main grooves (20L, 20R). 2D sipes (23L, 23R) are formed in center land sections (24) partitioned by the center main grooves (20L, 20R). 2D sipes (36L, 36R) are respectively formed in second block rows (26L, 26R) respectively adjacent to the outer sides, in the width direction of the tire, of the center main grooves (20L, 20R). 3D sipes (42L, 42R) are respectively formed in shoulder block rows (54L, 54R) adjacent to the outer sides, in the width direction of the tire, of the shoulder main grooves (22L, 22R).
