Abstract:
A pneumatic tire provided with a block group divided by narrow grooves and thick grooves, wherein falling over of a block is suppressed. The tread is provided with a block group (G) formed by arranging polygonal blocks (4) so as to be close to each other, the blocks (4) being separated from each other by narrow grooves (3) and thick grooves (2) which extend linearly, having five or more corners, and being arranged independently of each other. Narrow grooves (3) are provided in continuous with each end of each thick groove (2), the thick groove (2) is projected, as a projected line or a projected point, to an arbitrary projection surface which is imaginarily set outside the block (4) adjacent to the thick groove (2), and narrow grooves (3) are arranged at positions at which projected lines or projected points, which are formed in the same way as above, of either one and/or the other of the narrow grooves (3) do not overlap with the projected line or the projected point.
