Abstract:
The tread surface of this pneumatic tire is provided with lands (33) in the form of series of blocks. The ground contact surfaces of the lands (33) are provided with a plurality of thin shallow grooves (7) and a plurality of recesses (8). Also, four recesses (8) disposed so that at least one recess each is provided in the center region and the left and right end regions in the width direction of the tire are arranged in a row along a single arc (L1) on the continuous ground contact surface of a single land (33). In other words, the recesses (8) are arranged so that directionality is present.
