Abstract:
A POCT microfluidic chip, a detection system, a detection method, and an application. The POCT microfluidic chip comprises an upper housing (10) and a lower housing (20), and further comprises: a sample pool (21), a liquid mixing pool (22), a waste liquid pool (23), and a reaction pool (24); the reaction pool (24) is connected to the liquid mixing pool (22) by means of microchannels, wherein the reaction pool (24) comprises at least two constant-temperature chambers, a heat superconductor is embedded in the bottom of each constant-temperature chamber, the temperatures of the constant-temperature chambers are different, and the constant-temperature chambers are communicated with each other by means of the microchannels; each constant-temperature chamber is provided with an air bag pool, and the air bag pool is communicated with the corresponding constant-temperature chamber by means of the microchannels. The POCT microfluidic chip enables reaction liquid to obtain the temperature required by the reaction of a reagent in each constant-temperature chamber for reaction, and information after the reaction is finally obtained. The POCT microfluidic chip not only achieves all functions of the current QPCR, but also has the advantages of being easy to operate, light, small in size, low in cost, quick in detection, and operable without being limited by person, time, and place.
